During the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic, the Elkhorn Area School District was able to provide government funded children's meals via delivery; but the aging population now required meal assistance. The NDS Foundation provided $5,000 to support an Adult Meal Program during this time.
Since 2020, nine $1,000 scholarships have been awarded to Elkhorn Area High School seniors pursuing an education in agriculture & who display leadership within the FFA or the school/community.
