It warms our hearts to contribute to Beds for Kids – their meaningful mission supports families, single or first-time mothers & fathers, in their transition from homelessness to independence. The fund helps ensure families have a warm and comfortable place to lay their heads at night.

NDS Foundation has been supporting the Special Olympics of Illinois, year after year; helping provide individuals with intellectual disabilities, opportunities to develop physical fitness, compete in sports, demonstrate courage, and experience joy.

In 2023 & 2024, NDS sponsored the Elkhorn Area School District “Great Give Back” Day. High School students spend a day volunteering and giving back to their community, doing projects for local charities, businesses, & neighbors.

During the 2020 Covid 19 Pandemic, the Elkhorn Area School District was able to provide government funded children’s meals via delivery; but the aging population now required meal assistance. The NDS Foundation provided $5,000 to support an Adult Meal Program during this time. Since 2020, nine $1,000 scholarships have been awarded to Elkhorn Area High

Our donors voted Hope House to be our newest partner charity for 2024, so the NDS Foundation donated $10,000 to sponsor 3 rooms in the Hope House shelter: Resilience and Dream, residential rooms; and the Children’s Counseling Room. These funds help supply new linens, pillows, paint, & staff – ensuring every client sheltering enters a

Through the efforts of the Madison Rose Foundation – NDS supports Casting for Recovery. By organizing free fly-fishing wellness retreats for women affected by breast cancer, they provide therapeutic benefits through connecting with nature, promoting conservation, and offering medical oncology and psychosocial support.

The Patrick Grange Memorial Foundation’s mission is to promote ALS awareness and support research that will eventually eradicate the disease. NDS Foundation was the proud Title Sponsor of the PGMF Golf Outing, three years running, and continues to support this important cause.

During his leukemia battle, Cal Sutton always cared about others before himself – this kindness inspired Cal’s Angels’ mission to grant wishes, raise awareness and fund research to help kids fighting cancer. NDS Foundation continues to help support the “More than 4” fight, through Cal’s Angels.

In addition to Lyon Family Foundation’s previous efforts, we are proud to support their Lyon’s Way initiative. In partnership with UChicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital Adolescent & Young Adult Oncology Program, they provide extra layers of love & compassion during these young patients’ cancer journey, including the Fertile Hope Program.
